Next Monthly Pink House Meeting is October 26!

We're counting down to Wednesday, October 26, 7 pm at PITA Hall for the next monthly meeting for Support the Pink House! The meeting is for our volunteers and those considering getting involved, as well as the general public.  At these meetings you"ll hear the progress we have made in the prior month but we will also be forming committees and working toward our next steps - one of which is our exciting first Pink House Art Show and Auction slated for November 17 at PITA Hall from 6:30 pm. Spread the word!

The first official meeting of Support the Pink House took place last month and was a resounding success! It was attended by over 60 people in addition to our Steering Committee and primary volunteers (those folks with the pink name tags above) who helped facilitate the meeting. Also in attendance were an impressive show of support from both State Senators Tarr and Ives, who have been instrumental in our options moving forward, along with Congressman Moutlon (whose rep, Morgan Bell, was also in attendance), both Representatives Kelcourse and Mirra, Councilman Greg Earls from Newburyport and Selectman Chuck Bear from the town of Newbury, where the Pink House lives. That kicked off what now will be monthly meetings for everyone who is part of this grass roots, community love movement. If you'd like to volunteer pls take a moment to fill out our interest sheet by clicking HERE.

The last meeting of the year will be November 30, PITA Hall, 7 pm, so please put it on your calendars. ​

Tee shirts and bumper stickers will be available always at these meetings, as will our petition if you still have not yet signed it. And because everyone is talking about The Pink House, there will also be fact sheets available too - because one way you can help is to speak accurately about the Pink House on her behalf. 

This is a great way to contribute and make a difference, visit with neighbors and make new friendships. It's a warm and wonderful group of people, gathering together over something good  - to preserve and protect a special piece of what makes where we love to live, work, visit and play so very special.
